Drop In

We operate a Drop In service in our offices on Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 2 and-5 pm.

This Drop In service offers assistance on a range of issues including: 
- Accessing healthcare
- Assisted return
- Benefits entitlement 
- Citizenship
- Destitution
- Education
- Employment
- Housing entitlement
- Immigration
- ID documents
- NASS support

CRSG also offers appointments throughout the week.  Referrals can also be made to this service by contacting the office.

Counselling

We offer free, fully confidential counselling to refugees and asylum seekers. Our fully trained professional staff are experienced in dealing with this client group, and interpreters may be used where needed. 

We accept self-referrals through our Drop In service;  for referrals from other agencies, please contact our office.

English

We offer free English Lessons. This normally includes one:one tuition, and specialised courses according to demand. Please contact the office on Thursdays to speak to our English coordinator.


Immigration Advice

The Immigration Advisory Service (IAS) runs an outreach surgery in our offices every Tuesday to deal with any immigration queries. Please contact their offices in Peterborough on 01733 555 317 to book an appointment .
